Bro. John G. Sierchio, State Delegate Bloomfield PBA Local No.32

Bro. John Sierchio started his law enforcement career in 1986 with the Essex County Sheriff’s Office. In 1991 he joined the Bloomfield Police Department. John is currently assigned to the Detective Bureau within the Bloomfield Police Department. 

John has served as the State Delegate for Bloomfield Local 32 since 1997. Prior to serving in that position, he served as Local 32’s vice-president. John is a life-long member and former executive board member of The New Jersey State PBA. 

John was elected to the PFRS Board of Trustees in 2002 and then elected as the Boards Vice-Chairman in 2004. In July of 2007, John was elected Chairman of the Board of Trustees, a position he currently holds.

John resides in Boonton Township with his wife Lisa and has four children, Ashley, John, Jordyn and Teresa.

Bro. Wayne K. Hall, State Delegate Tenafly PBA Local No.376
Pension Trustee - P.F.R.S.

Bro. Hall, a 14 year veteran with the Tenafly Police Department started his career in Law Enforcement with the Conrail Police Department in 1991. In 1993 he joined the Tenafly Police Department where he currently serves as a Detective.

Bro. Hall served in the United States Marine Corps achieving the rank of Sergeant before receiving an Honorable Discharge in 1983.

Bro. Hall was a member of PBA Local #180 where he served as Vice-President and is presently a member of PBA Local #376 where he is currently in his 3^rd term as State Delegate. He is also on the Executive Board of the Bergen County PBA Conference where he serves as Financial Secretary. He is a member of the NJ State PBA By-Laws, Organization, Election and Post-Election Committees. He currently sits on the Bergen County Police Academy Advisory Board.  

Bro. Hall is also an active member of the Police Unity Tour.

Bro. Hall resides in Dumont, N.J. with his wife Cristina and two children Marisa, 17 and Francesca 13.
